Official Rules

Last updated October 9, 2026

The short version, with the prize and the dates: Free Peptides for a Year.

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

You can enter free and claim 10 free tickets every day (section 6). A purchase does not raise the chance of any ticket: every ticket has the same chance, however it was earned.

2. Who runs the giveaway

Spartan BioLabs, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, runs the Free Peptides for a Year giveaway (the giveaway). In these rules, "we" and "us" mean Spartan BioLabs.

3. When it runs

The giveaway starts Friday, October 9, 2026 at 12:00pm Pacific Daylight Time and ends Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time (the entry period). Daylight saving time ends that Sunday morning, so the end time is in standard time.

A Pacific day runs from 12:00am to 11:59pm Pacific Time. Our server clock is the official clock.

4. Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older when they enter.

You need a Spartan BioLabs account. One account per person. Tickets on a second account, or earned with bots or scripts, are void.

Our staff, our affiliates, the influencers and promoters who work with us, and the people who live in the same household as any of them cannot win.

5. How to enter

Sign in, confirm the email on your account (signing in with Google counts), and claim your entry. You get your own code and invite link.

When you enter, you can name the person who invited you. You can name one person, once. You cannot name yourself or change it later.

6. How to earn tickets

• Enter: confirm your email and claim your entry for 1 ticket.
• Free daily tickets: once per Pacific day, claim 10 free tickets at spartanbiolab.com/free-peptides/rules. You need to be signed in with a confirmed email.
• Purchases: every $1 of merchandise on an order placed in the entry period earns 1 ticket, counted at the list price before discounts. Shipping, delivery insurance, card fees and taxes do not count.
• Peptide of the day: one product each Pacific day earns 3 tickets per $1 instead of 1, on orders placed that Pacific day. It changes at 12:00am Pacific Time.
• Invites: you earn 1 ticket for each person you invite who creates an account and confirms their email.

Purchase tickets count once payment clears. Until then they show as pending. A refunded, canceled or charged back order loses its tickets. Orders placed on our old website do not earn tickets.

We may correct a ticket count that is wrong because of an error, a refund or a broken rule.

7. Every ticket has the same chance

Every eligible ticket has the same chance of being drawn, however it was earned: free, from a purchase, or from an invite.

8. Prizes

First prize: $150 in Spartan BioLabs store credit added to the winner's account each month for 12 months, $1,800 in total. The credit does not expire.

First prize also includes the extra prizes we reveal on Monday, October 12, Monday, October 19 and Monday, October 26, 2026, each at 12:00pm Pacific Daylight Time: Spartan merchandise and collectibles, and a final extra prize.

The person who invited the first-prize winner (the person the winner named when entering) also wins first prize, if they are eligible. This adds one first prize at most.

Second and third place prizes, and their terms, are announced on Monday, October 19, 2026 with the second drop.

A prize we announce later never reduces a prize already described in these rules. The total value of all prizes is under $5,000.

Store credit is for Spartan BioLabs products, which are sold for laboratory research use only. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or swapped for cash. If a prize item is not available, we may give one of equal or greater value.

9. The drawing

After the entry period ends, we draw the first-prize winner at random from all eligible tickets, so each ticket is one chance. Your odds depend on how many eligible tickets you hold and how many there are in total.

Before the drawing we check entries and remove tickets that break these rules.

10. How winners hear from us

We call the first-prize winner, and the person who invited them, at the phone number on their account, and we email them too.

We will never ask a winner for payment, card or bank details.

A winner must confirm they are eligible. If we cannot reach a winner within 7 days, or they do not confirm, we may draw another winner.

11. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. We may ask a winner for a Form W-9 and send an IRS Form 1099 when the law requires it.

12. Other rules

We may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules, uses more than one account, or tampers with the giveaway.

If fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside our control affects the giveaway, we may change, pause or end it.

Our decisions about the giveaway are final. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

13. These rules and the winners list

These rules stay at spartanbiolab.com/free-peptides/rules for the whole giveaway.

After the drawing we post the winners' first names and last initials on the promotion page. For the winners list, contact us through spartanbiolab.com/support or write to us at the address in section 2 by December 31, 2026.
